We want you to be fully satisfied with Scriptly. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. You may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date for any reason.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and use Paddle's refund request flow, or
- Contact our support team at support@scriptly.life with your order details and we will forward your request to Paddle.
Refund scope
This policy applies to subscription payments and one-time credit pack purchases made through the Scriptly platform. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5β10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith (for example, after substantial use of the service followed by an immediate refund request with no legitimate complaint). We aim to handle every request fairly and promptly.
